It really is nice to have a great big fenced backyard so we can go out and play anytime we want without Mom and Dad having to be ready to go with us. Even though I think it really is hotter here than in LR, and the monster grasshoppers here make it hard to get around without being attacked, our backyard is super fun! Especially when Mom let us play in the water yesterday. Dad was out of town so we had an early supper and Mom let us loose with the water hose. What made it even better was that we have no grass in the yard, and you know what that means...MUD, baby, MUD!!! We were all covered in mud - even Mom. It was so disgustingly fun!

Fun in Fayetteville!
Today Mom, Nicholas and I went exploring Fayetteville and found the coolest park! Take a look at this castle! I was the King and Mom was the princess. Nicholas was the distracting little court jester who wouldn't keep his hat on! The only thing cooler than this castle was the pond, and digging in the mud at the bottom of it. Mom did not think that was as magical as I did. Daddy surprised us, showing up just in time for lunch! What a perfect day. I can't wait to bring Jacob here and defend the castle with our samurai power ranger swords. Oh, and Nicholas discovered the stairs. We are in trouble now! But have you ever seen a happier kid?

Backwards blog
Mom uploaded our pictures in the wrong order so today our blog will be in reverse...hope you can keep up!
While I was working hard at school, little did I know that Noah was working hard to plan a party for me!
Mom and Dad got all their kisses in while I was trying to get my morning work finished. I thought they'd never leave.
I found my spot at the table, and got to work right away. Coloring...pfftt...that's easy stuff...I mastered that in preK-3!
I felt right at home as soon as I walked in the door!
As you can see here, this is Holcomb Elementary, Home of the Hornets. I tried to explain to the teachers at meet and greet that I was a Razorback fan. I will not cheer for the Hornets...even if I am a Hornet...and even if the Hornets are not playing the Razorbacks...I will only cheer for the Razorbacks...I am very loyal that way...don't even try to talk me out of it! Just trust me...don't even try.
Came right up here to check the sign...yep, 8/15 - school starts...we came on the right day!
I came home to a "Big J in the Big K" party!!!

And finally, the last picture of the morning...I hope!
Awww, c'mon Mom!
Mom couldn't stop giving me kisses. She's so mushy!
And if that's not enough excitement for you, it was my first day of kindergarten at my new school! I told one of Daddy's new friends who is a kindergarten teacher that I thought I'd start calling it garden of kinder. Cute, don't ya think? He said that statement would get me into the GT class at his school!
Nicholas mostly helped by entertaining Meme.
and we big boys helped Dad and Papa John build the playhouse.
