Fire truck trouble and exciting Cheerios

A few things I said this week that made Mommy and Daddy laugh:

When Daddy changed the channel from "Batman Begins" to football, "No Daddy! I want to watch the movie about me!"

When I tripped and fell down in the front yard, "I'm okay! I just needed to look at the door...with my knee in the grass."
When Mommy asked the lady at the drive-through if she got our chicken tenders, "How about the fry tenders?"

It is still all about fire fighting for me. I live it, I breath it, I play it...a lot! But when it comes to the real thing I'm just not sure. We saw a real firetruck and firemen at Sherwood Fest this weekend. Everyone wanted me to get in or stand on the truck and wear the helmet. Are they crazy? I'm only 2! Okay, almost 3, but still...I just don't think I should be expected to drive or ride on such a large truck! I mean that takes special training! And that helmet is way to big and heavy for someone my age. I'm pretty sure it would have caused permanent damage if I had let them put it on my head. Needless to say, I was very uncomfortable with the whole thing. Austin had a super time though. But he is 4!

Here are a few shots of the whole ordeal:

As for Noah, he is still biting mom. He has actually started getting in trouble for it. When Mommy or Daddy says no, he just falls apart! It is about time, I think! He has gotten away with that whole "I'm an angelic little baby" act for too long.
He has started really scooting all over the place. Still no crawling yet, but he gets where he wants to go. And he is eating more regular food now. I've never seen someone get so excited about a bite of cheerios! I could teach him a few things. Wait until I introduce him to chocolate!
Here is some video Mom got of Noah enjoying his cheerios:

Later gators!
